Eshiofune Godswill: Transforming Lives with Skills and Global Opportunities
One young Nigerian is proving that innovation, determination, and a vision for the future can change lives. At the helm of Aapeli Consult LTD, Eshiofune Godswill is leading a quiet revolution in skill development and global mobility.
Founded in 2022, Aapeli Consult LTD has grown into a beacon of hope for young Nigerians seeking better opportunities.
The Nigerian-based company offers tech training programs in web design and data analysis, business solutions for startups, and global relocation services for education and employment.
At 28, Godswill is the driving force behind its success, with a mission to empower individuals and businesses to thrive in a competitive world.
“Our mission is simple: we equip people with skills that matter and connect them to opportunities that change lives,” she said.
“Whether it’s through training programs or helping people find global opportunities, we’re about creating a bridge to a better future.”
That bridge has already transformed countless lives. In 2023 alone, Aapeli Consult trained over 60 individuals for free in web design and data analysis, three of whom successfully relocated abroad on global talent visas.
Since its inception, the company has assisted over 70 people in securing study or work opportunities outside Nigeria.
But Aapeli Consult’s impact isn’t limited to global mobility. The firm has also been instrumental in supporting startups, providing business solutions ranging from branding to website design.
In just two years, it has helped more than 20 startups establish a solid foundation for growth.
For Godswill, the work is personal. Having taught himself programming and data analysis despite limited resources, she understands the struggles of aspiring professionals.
Her journey began with writing code in notebooks before saving enough to buy her first computer. Today, she is passionate about ensuring others don’t face the same barriers.
“I know how hard it can be to get started,” she explains. “That’s why I’m committed to making the path easier for others. We’re building something that creates lasting impact, not just quick fixes.”
Aapeli Consult also collaborates with local communities and government initiatives. The company recently consulted for a National House of Representatives member, overseeing the tech aspect of a skill acquisition programme for young people in his constituency.
Godswill is looking forward to expanding Aapeli Consult’s reach in the future. The company is developing a platform that will link tech trainees directly with employers, aiming to address Nigeria’s unemployment crisis while attracting international investors and partnerships.
Aapeli Consult LTD has solidified itself as a company that is proving that when given the right tools and opportunities, Nigerians can compete and excel on a global stage.
