The Future Conference 2025 to Address Sustainable Housing in Africa, says organizer

The highly anticipated Future Conference 2025 is set to take place on June 19, 2025, at The Wells Carlton Hotel, Asokoro, Abuja. Hosted by CoreSphere Nigeria Limited, a sustainability-focused consulting and leadership firm, the conference will bring together key stakeholders to discuss the future of urban development in Africa under the theme “Sustainable Cities – The Future of Housing.”
CoreSphere Nigeria Limited has positioned this year’s conference to tackle Africa’s rapid urbanization, housing deficits, and climate change-related challenges. According to the organizers, “Our mission is to bridge the gap between policy, business, and innovation to create sustainable frameworks for organizations, governance, and communities.”
Attendees will explore critical topics such as the future of affordable and sustainable housing in Africa, climate change and urban resilience, public-private partnerships for sustainable development, smart cities and green infrastructure, innovative financing models for housing projects, and government policies and ESG compliance in urban development.
Notable speakers include Senator Ned Nwoko, Deputy Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment, and Hon. Teseer Ugbor, Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Environment. “Policymakers and industry experts will engage in data-driven discussions aimed at shaping Nigeria’s urban future,” an event spokesperson revealed. Delegates from ministries, real estate leaders, and technology innovators will also be in attendance.
Unlike traditional conferences, The Future Conference 2025 promises hands-on engagement through innovative features, including live case study presentations analyzing real-world urban development successes, a policy roundtable with government officials for direct interactions between decision-makers and industry players, investor-pitch sessions for startups and real estate innovators to present sustainable solutions to investors, and networking hubs and business matchmaking opportunities to forge partnerships and explore investment potential.
Speaking about what sets the conference apart, organizers emphasized its “government-industry synergy, action-oriented approach, and research-backed discussions.”
General admission to the conference is free, while VIP access for sponsors, partners, and exhibitors is available with special corporate packages. Exhibition booths start from ₦300,000, offering branding and VIP networking benefits. The registration deadline is May 31, 2025.
At the end of the conference, attendees are expected to leave with actionable strategies and new partnerships. “Sustainability is the foundation for the future of housing and urban development,” CoreSphere stated. “Through collaboration and innovation, we can create cities that are resilient, inclusive, and economically thriving.”
