We’re bringing affordable land investments to Nigerians, says founder Zeeks Homes

The Federal Capital Territory is set to welcome a new wave of real estate development as Zeeks Homes unveils its latest project, Zeeks Elite City. Located in the Kuchiyako Extension District of Kuje Area Council, this development is poised to offer secure, affordable, and high-end living solutions for aspiring homeowners and investors.

Speaking to our correspondent, Pat Imadu, a representative of Zeeks Homes, described the site as “a flat land with buildable space, located just two minutes from a tarred road.” The location’s proximity to key landmarks such as the Prime University, Philomath University Market square mall, Nigerian Army barrack and SS Simon and Jude Senior secondary school further enhances its appeal.

When asked about the ideal buyers for these plots, Imadu stated, “Our target audience includes real estate investors, land bankers, middle-class professionals and families, as well as SMEs and business owners seeking affordable yet classy investments.”

The development will feature key infrastructure to support growth, including a good road network, underground cabling systems, CCTV surveillance, and solar-powered streetlights. Pat Imadu highlighted that “the estate will also have a gatehouse-to-home intercom system for improved security and communication.”

Zeeks Elite City aims to address Nigeria’s growing housing deficit by making high-end comfort accessible to the average Nigerian. “Our vision is to provide quality housing that enhances the quality of life while promoting economic growth through job creation and increased government revenue,” Imadu explained.

Buyers can secure a plot with an initial 30% deposit and spread the balance across three to six months with a 1% monthly interest.

On investment prospects, Imadu disclosed that buyers can expect an estimated return on investment (ROI) of “120% to 150% in less than three to five years, depending on market trends.”

Zeeks Homes boasts a solid track record, having previously developed the Beacon City Estate in Pyakasa, Airport Road. With three years of experience in the real estate sector, the company prides itself on “crafting excellence,” Imadu said.

To ensure client satisfaction, Zeeks Homes will provide ongoing support, including estate security, property management services, and legal documentation processing.

“Our commitment is to provide an estate that guarantees peace of mind for residents and a profitable investment for buyers,” Imadu concluded.
