Rite Foods Pledges Inclusive Work Environment

Rite Foods has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equity. 

The company restated this recently during the 2025 International Women’s Day (IWD), noting the alignment of its policy with empowering women to thrive, lead, and drive innovation. 

Speaking on the IWD, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the organisation, Seleem Adegunwa, lauded women who are breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields such as engineering, supply chain, technology, and sales.

He affirmed women’s role in driving societal and organisational progress, asserting the company’s dedication to gender inclusivity.

“We believe in the power of diversity and the strength that women bring to the workplace. We remain committed to encouraging an environment where women can excel, innovate, and build thriving careers, “he said.

Adegunwa also took time to pay tribute to women in the organisation who are taking on pivotal roles as female production supervisors, finance experts, sales managers, marketing strategists, and factory engineers.

Also commenting, Chief Financial Officer of the organisation, Kudirat Balogun, charged women on resilience while expressing the company’s consistent support for their growth. 

“I encourage women to embrace their strength, ambition, and achievement, just as Rite Foods continues to refresh and satisfy diverse consumer needs with our premium brands,” she said.
