The Vice Chancellor Tukur, who announced that the forthcoming convocation ceremony would be the last under his leadership as the VC with the expiration of his five-year tenure, urged the federal government to review the Treasury Single Account (TSA) policy, describing it as a huge challenge militating against operations of public universities in the country.
